Chief Customer Officer
Kevin Potter is an experienced banking executive with a 25 year career in the industry across Heritage Bank, Suncorp and NAB.
Kevin joined Heritage in March 2017 as Chief Operating Officer and in April 2018 took over the role of Chief Customer Officer, with responsibility for the bank's retail arm.
Before joining Heritage, Kevin spent three and a half years with Suncorp Bank where he held roles across Risk, Distribution and Product & Pricing.
Kevin spent the bulk of his career with NAB and held roles there encompassing Risk, Distribution and Projects.
Head of Broker Distribution
David Ure is a senior banking executive with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, including significant time in the mortgage broker sector.
David initially spent 19 years with ANZ, as a consumer and small business lending specialist and in Area Manager and District Manager roles. He then moved to Citibank as a Business Development Manager in their Third Party Mortgage division, where he built strong relationships in the broker channel.
David joined Heritage in 2005, initially in a Regional Sales Manager role before progressing to Head of Third Party Channels, further cementing his understanding and relationships in the mortgage broker sector.
Most recently he has been in the role of Heritage’s Head of Branch Network, looking after the bank’s retail presence.
